Primary Job Responsibilities: Tactical Supplier Management of AMCC's COT suppliers: ASAT, ASEK, ASET, SPIL, ATK, ATP, TSMC, UMC, ISE, IBM DSL, B/I houses Metric Reporting in regular basis SAP Job confirmation, and SAP PO receipts for raw materials and value added services Monitor and Manage WIP jobs and resolve hold issues, capacity issues, material shortage issues, and changes in schedules Align WIP schedules with backlog requirements to meet on time to first commit Coordinate expedites with planning, and logistics Master Schedule test priorities and secure capacity commits Facilitate cross functional daily production meeting Facilitate weekly supplier meetings Resolve invoicing and receiving issues Coordinate capacity requirements and test schedule with QA and Product Engineering Coordinate process improvement activities Work with IT team to follow up and implementation of projects Support Engineering builds
Education Requirement or Equivalent:
Four year degree BS/BA/IE
Experience Requirement:
Role is an entry level position reporting to the Poduction Control Manager. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, customer service, accounting, purchasing, supervisory, marketing, shipping/receiving or project management
Special Skills or Knowledge Required:
Strong excel, Word, Powerpoint skills, SAP, Semicondutor assembly and tester knowledge, experience in Logistics, shipping/receiving and/or Planning, Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required
