Job Description Participate in the validation of AMCC’s SoC’s (System-On-Chip) in a mixed signal design environment. The candidate will generate test benches and run regression simulations to help verify that the design of the SoC is compliant to the product specifications and documentation of test benches.
Education Requirement or Equivalent:
Responsibilities •Engage in Chip bring-up phase, implement test cases according to test plan, debugging test in simulation and hardware environment, and verify test coverage according to IP specification. Verify test coverage according to IP specifications.
Experience Requirement:
Qualifications •BS/MS/Ph.D in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent •Good understanding on CPU-base architecture •Software skill in C •Have some basic working knowledge of UART, IIC, SPI, Flash Memory, etc… •Some experience in Microcontroller/Embedded System Programming is desirable •Good Debugging Skills •Good written and communication skill in English and Vietnamese
Special Skills or Knowledge Required:
Additional skills: Any of the following is desirable but not required: •U-Boot and embedded Linux Programming. •TCL or Perl •Knowledge of or working experience on PCI-E/USB/SATA/SRIO interfaces •IXIA, Adtech, Agilent PCI/PCIe, and USB Test equipments •Ethernet and TCP/IP related protocols. •Good understanding of Test Automation.
Location AMCC Design Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
