Primary Job Responsibilities:

Job Description
Perform ASIC verification testing for AMCC’s state-of-the-art PowerPC based SoC products.


Education Requirement or Equivalent:

Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing test plans to verify unit, subsystem, and chip level functionality in a complex SoC environment. This work involves working closely with U.S.- based ASIC design engineers to create constrained random based test-bench and test cases, to ensure adequate feature and code coverage, and to help resolve test failures. You will have the opportunity to help create reusable verification environments to be used across multiple projects.


Experience Requirement:

Qualifications
•BS or MS and 0-4 yrs experience in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent field with ASIC Verification focus
•Solid understanding of RTL Design (Verilog preferred)
•Good English and Vietnamese communications skills, both verbal and writing.


Special Skills or Knowledge Required:

Additional desirable skills:
Any of the following is highly desirable but not required:
•Knowledge of PowerPC technology highly desired
•Working knowledge of scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, Awk, Sed …
