Manage Supply Availability and Maintain SAP data integrity:
Incoming Receipts
Review SAP transactions are confirmed through assembly Review incoming lots/ DSL to update in SAP same day Review WIP report/inventory to ensure incoming lots are accounted for Work with DSL to ensure incoming shipment report is published daily Create and Publish list to PC/Planning
WIP
Hold Daily production meeting with DSL Review WIP report from DSL, obtain committed SOD and review to ensure backlog requirements are achieved Update production orders in SAP to reflect DSL SOD Highlight lots which are delinquent to backlog request Physical sweep of DSL WIP to ensure SAP WIP matches physical inventory at DSL Split lots Ensure SAP confirmations are updated real time by DSL Ensure lots are moving with no down time Create and Publish list to PC/Planning
ENG HOLD Ensure lots are updated in SAP to reflect HOLD status Work with eng to obtain estimated completion date Work with eng to resolve hardware issues in timely manner Ensure lots continue to process once eng has resovled HOLD Create and Publish list to PC/Planning
DVAS Review and ensure lots are up to date in SAP Work with Planning to create Top Level Lot numbers Work with planners to obtain post mark travelers if required Issue material to top level in SAP Ensure DSL re-labels and ships lots to JSI the same day top levels are created (assuming no mark) Co-ordinate post mark activities with HGM and JSI Create and Publish list to PC/Planning
Shipments Review shipment log against SAP to ensure all lots shipped are up to date with SAP transactions Work with DSL to ensure shipment report is published daily Create and Publish list to PC/Planning
Other Hold meeting's with local suppliers to review priorities, action items, issues etc Assist DSL with process improvement Assist DSL in SAP training Create and Publish forecast Login to ISE website to update SAP confirmations HGM co-ordination / issues to top level / confirmations Ensure shipmnets to JSI
Education Requirement or Equivalent:
BS/BA degree preferred, or 5 years of related work experience APICS certification preferred
Experience Requirement:
Background in semiconductor manufacturing, production control, vendor management, manufacturing operations, Inventory management, test operations, logistics, quality, or customer service
Special Skills or Knowledge Required:
Strong excel, SAP R/3, Semiconductor manufacturing and test operations knowledge, experience in Logistics and/or Planning, Excellent communication skills
