Responsible for providing high level administrative support & sensitive to the confidential information they will encounter. Plans and coordinates offsite meetings/conferences as well as weekly staff meetings. Coordinates calendars, arranges domestic and international business travel, processes expense reports,and performs other administrative tasks as required. Good interpersonal skills. Flexible team player is a must.
Education Requirement or Equivalent:
High school diploma, 7+ years experience in an administrative assistant role.
Experience Requirement:
Prior experience working for senior level executives in a fast-paced work environments.
Special Skills or Knowledge Required:
Knowledge using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook calendering system, Nortel and AT&T conferencing system. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface with all levels of management and to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
